JANUARY 07...hmm, ang tumatatak sa utak ko ay ang LA WEEK! success! FIRST time ever na magexhibit ng ORG sa AS. hehehe. apir cathe!

ending 3rd year college wasn't really a blast.ito ang sem na di umabot ang GWA ko sa...you know what. deym. my blockmates and i cursed that memorial park design plate.rar. pero i had super fun with the plate resort making with my dear groupmates cathe, ayit, and conrad (na adik pala sa STAR wars at memorize pa niya ang lines...hahaha...DVD marathon was fun, so was the model making...)

ar55 was a subject to curse din.grr. pero ang masaya ay ang pagkakagawa ng kyut models..hehehe.what can i say, 3rd year was model making year!
and how can i ever forget my first fair.oo, FIRST TIME! dahil sa busyness ng sems before eh nun lang ako naka attend nf UP FAIR! and i got to go backstage...bwahahahaha!
and super saya pa ng UPCLAS semender...wee! new mems! swimming!
by summer, the usual family outing sa Laguna...
YCLP (Youth Christian Life Program) where i earned new friends and new perspectives :D
and of course, ang OJT sa Polygon together with Faith i would always remember...ang babait ng Polygon Family...and the numerous site visits was super fun! plus, ang helpful lectures ni sir arce ay di malilimutan, hehehe...
and together with the work experience comes the Friday night outs with dear classmates...Metrowalk, Gateway, Glorietta, Trinoma...

O-Seven was the year when trinoma opened...kaya ang dami kong experience jan. Faith and I were at the opening day kasi Polygon's one of the contractors...

anyway...4th year college is both fun and super hard. FUN kasi naging closer kami ng batchmates/classmates ko. HARD dahil ng pressure ng thesis! huhu...

moving on, starting AY 07-08, ang UPCLAS ay nagpauso ng jumpy vid shoot at photoshoot for the college assembly video presentation...
UPCLAS also had its fun sportsfest, and the shirt design c/o me! haha, yabang.
and HIYAS! oh HIYAS...dhene! always! kayo ang champion for me...hehehe...
THESIS! THESIS! THESIS! ang mini thesis ng vargas museum ay nagresulta sa pagkakakilala kay Napoleon Abueva at maimbita sa bahay niya, at makagroupmate si mister potato Kuya Jervin...yum yum yum...and yahoo! thesis proposals namin ay approved lahat. Thank you Lord.

oh i almost forgot...di nako nagdorm...so i miss my dormmates very much, huhu.oh the dorm life. pero i got to spend fun times with my cousins naman...since dun nako sakinla sa tandang sora nakikitira hehe...
AH! jogging...hehehe...napasubo kami sa pagyaya ni ina na magjogging...it was a tuesday-friday thing...WAS kasi di na natuloy after sem break, hehehe...nabusy na masyado...
2007 also meant FIELDTRIPS for me and my blockmates..oo, ngyon lang kami nakapag fieldtrip ng sama sama hehehe...AVILON zoo for the first sem and ENCHANTED KINGDOM sa second sem!
this year also had a lot of tarp and brochure making. arf. for the love of photoshop.hmm..

oh oh! and sa 2007 i got my hair cut very short! hahahaha! kalokahan ko...and because ina suggested that it was a great stress reliever aside from shopping :D

and i also got a LAPTOP! yay! hooray for loving (and generous) boyfriends! hehehe...which is a super life saver sa thesis mayhem and acad stuff...
and speaking of enok...im super proud nung nanalo sila sa first ICPC...seventh place wasn't all bad...top ten means a lot noh.
on the other hand, 2007 is also a special year for my family and i. ang FAMILY ENCOUNTER no.3 ay never naming makakalimutan...it made my family stronger than ever :D
but of course, di lahat ay masaya...we lost a well-loved family member, so very close to our hearts, lola Ebo...but she's in heaven now and that's a good thing...nakakamiss lang talaga...
hay...pero dahil bawal ang malungkot...grad pictorial! mga kalokohan sa studio, international drama, wig frenzy, super late lunch...etc!
and thou shall not forget the papaya dance! too bad we didn't win the 20k.blah.it was fun anyway ;p
and woohoo! natuloy din ang lantern parade...bwahahah! at ang fireworks ng BETA EP ang the best this 2007...daig pa ang EK!

no turning back

i am now a nocturnal animal.
i drink coffee at night (or eat apples, because sabi ng sister ko may caffeine din daw yun).
i work pag tulog na ang mga tao...kasi pag gising ang pamilya ko, nagyaya sila mag dvd (which is really hard to resist...ahw).
tulog ako sa umaga. i eat 2 meals a day heavy brunch and dinner, optional ang merienda at midnight snack.
my bedtime falls around 4:30 to 5:30-ish.
madalas ko tuloy naiisip kung bakit nga ba ako nag-arki?
huwah! totoo nga ata na when you're nearly done with whatever, it's also when you begin to be bored with it, your mind's easily distracted...ngayon ko palang naiisip na parang gusto ko magshift to fine arts talaga.ahuhu.
well anyway, pag hindi naman ako successful sa pagiging LA eh nahasa nako sa graveyard shift, pwedeng pwede sa call center! hahaha..

kidding (and pessimistic thoughts) aside, i keep telling myself this will all end soon, basta ba i'm right on track. i try not to be pressured with social and environmental conditions (hmph)...ang hirap pero kailangan kayanin. THERE IS NO TURNING BACK. ayoko maging loser and disappoint my loved ones just because i THINK i can't do "it" and i pity myself too much. ergo (line ni conrad..hehe), i should KEEP MOVING FORWARD (inspired by the disney pixar cartoon Meet the Robinsons, ahehehe)...huhu, ang dami kong iniisip simultaneously (PI100, Lighting, LA146 project), when i should be focused.hay...STAY FOCUSED! but of course, i give myself a break nce in a while, like eating dessert and junk, text twist for a while, and ocassional naps, hihi...

madam cathe has invited me to their dear home for this coming cram month of January. i'd really like that...pero lalambingin ko muna ang nanay ko, hahaha...

i know i can do this.
