trip to PRC

January 27, 2009.
it was a tuesday.
yes i had work.
but i also needed a break form handling my "3-in-1 project"
rawr.
the stress!!!

Anyway, i was going to meet Cathe, Kuya Onin, and JQ at SC.
hehe, i was there earlier kaya nagpa-xerox nako ng requirements.

Fast forward...
I formally met Kuya Onin and JQ na.
grabe sa kalokohan ang dalawa!
hehe.
Sosyal, JQ had a "chauffeur" to drive us to PRC.
kumusta naman?
anyhoo, we waited for Talia at PRC already,
she had to get her picture taken and a cedula.

Apparently, di pala kami sa PRC dapat pumunta mismo.
sa may Ever Gotesco 2nd floor daw kami...
Special ang LA? dunno.
the whole place was so so busy.
last week of filing na kasi ng mga mag te-take ng LET,
so swarming with future teachers ang PRC.
good thing narin na hindi kami dun magpapasa ng requirements. hehe.
kasi sa Ever aircon :p
tsaka for some reason, di na kami kailangan makisabay sa pila...
hihi, siguro nga dahil iba yung ina-aapplyan namin...
or maybe charming kami, HAHA!
dunno.
blah.

ergo, natapos kami hassle-free :D
yay!

...our model-making escapades ended this morning...boohoo...mamimiss ko na naman sila.
but hurah! we've just finished on time! we'll be passing our model on monday sa MMDA office. (but technically sina Talyers at Anabebot ang magpapasa dahil wala silang mga pasok)...

I truly hope we'll win First Place! Optimism and Faith is the key!
Even though some people think there's an anomaly to our qualification because of "boss judges"...hay, they obviously have issues. a very BIG Duh-Uh!
still, being in the top ten is a big accomplishment already...uy, pandagdag sa resume? toink.
scary also, because we have no idea who we're up against.

Hemingway, I'll be back in Paranaque by Monday!
namiss ko rin naman ang mga pinsan ko dun :p
and normal bedtime resumes...
because it's deym hard to sleep at about 3-4am and then go to work at 9am...rawr.
and riding the MRT is such a grueling experience!

Siyempre, dahil pasukan na, bigay ng allowance sa mga kapatid at contribution sa gastusin sa bahay :p nais pa magpa-braces ng sister ko. o diba? piggy bank ako! pero ok lang. pangarap ko naman ito...ang makabahagi  ng blessings sa family ko...

I always had more satisfaction in spending for my loved ones than for me...and of course, mas gusto ko yung nireregaluhan ako! haha, compared to buying things for myself. weird man, parang selfish kasi ang pakiramdam, pero sakin lang naman yun. kaya ang kuripot ko pag dating sa sarili ko, hahahaha!

Sa ngayon, wala pa kong nagagastos for myself...di ko pa kasi alam ang kailangan kong bilin kung meron man, hehe. Siguro sabi ni Lord, ipunin ko nalang muna ...oo nga! tama..uhuh uhuh.

Right now, super happy lang ako!
at napakalaki ng pasasalamat ko kay Lord sa blessings niya...

lola's interment took place this morning in Laloma.
i cried my last few tears. konti lang. kasi masaya naman ako at nasa heaven na siya at di na siya naghihirap.

first week of school kwento...

nyay...

first week of school! balik peyups na naman! tambak na agad ng kwento! hehe...

FIRST DAY HIGH: June 12, 2007. Tuesday. Independence Day supposedly. Hmm..i didn't feel the independence day hype...nakakalungkot rin. kung dati may program pa nga yan sa skul eh...pero nagparamdam ang independence day sakin dahil ng colorful straws namin nila dennen at talia...

no classes sa LA 199.1 (thesis)...ambait talaga ni Sir VJ o...ayun, finally na-assess na ang nabubulok kong form 5! hehehe..paid 6,063.50php...nyak...cheap i know, pero utang pa yang pambayad ko jan FYI...mmhhmmm...money isn't easy nowadays, kaya laking pasasalamat ng magulang ko at di ako apektado ng tatlong daang porsiyento ng pagtaas ng tuition...haay, napagtatanto ko tuloy ang pangarap kong mag-secong degree ng Visual Communications o Interior Design...ang mahal! mahigit 20k daw ang tuition ng ate ni Talia na 1st year Law student...nyay! mahal!

anyway, may class kay Ma'am G as usual...pero saglit lang..ang no 4-5 class! hehehe...bihira daw kasi pumasok si Sir Lim, lalo na't first day....bow.

SECOND DAY: Wednesday. UPCLAS GA, Vid shoot, and Photo op. MASAYA SUPER! end of story...i shall nakaw pix from cathe and dennen sooner or later *sniff*i miss CaPow*

THIRD DAY: Thursday. Triple GE day! nyak. nalate ako sa KOM1 kumusta naman. grabeh ang traffic sa Balara...now i've learned my lesson, better very early than very late ! hehehe...therefore, sasabay nako sa 6:30 na pagaalis ng pinsan ko to school....

STS ang next subject ko...hehe...nakaka-overwhelm ang subject...why? (cge i-aadvertise ko):

1. flexible ang course topics...as in varied and broad ang lectures. example: about robots, computers, ET life, about love (yes, c/o a prof from Psych ata), rizal as a scientist, sci-fi films (c/o a prof from MassComm) etc....ang dami eh, di ko memorize lahat ng lectures hehehe...

2. interdisciplinary. group of faculty from different colleges ang lecturers: from CS (of course), Engg, CAL, CSSP, MassComm, CHE....

3. ver comfy sa CS auditorium...hehehe (ganun?)

eniwey, next class is NatSci2 na dapat ay sa NIGS pero sa CS audi narin kaya di nako aalis ng CS after STS...hehehe...prof ko si Sir CP David who's so humorous na parang walang ka-effort-effort...grabeh...fun class! but he'll only be teaching Geol...hay boring daw ang Bio prof ayon kay Ayit...owel...keri...

end of day.

LAST DAY OF FIRST WEEK: Friday.ayan, sumabay nako sa pagaalis ng aking mga pinsan...i'm early for skul pero at least hindi late! hehe...may class na sa LA 199.1...medyo na-pressure ako plus na-excite narin sa "thesis" ...dan-dan-dan-dan! (beethoven playing in my mind as sir dan's name plus thesis pop's up)...rar...may assignment that i have yet to do...hmm, maybe a bit later hehehe...wha! grabeh! wala nang atrasan toh! diz izit! thesis nah!!!!!! wha! i have sudden nostalgia of my first year of college...parang kahapon lang naliligaw pa ko sa UP...hay...blockmates! kaya natin toh! yay! cathe! ina! nawa'y ituloy natin ang thesis house sa second sem...i really feel i need the support system by then hehehe....

si mam G nag lecture at nagpa-sketch opcors ever...nyay...parang di ako na-satisfy sa dinrawing kow...owel...

wala na namang 4-5 clas! yey! go home na...care of Jared and Jig's car, jejo and i went home to Lipa...hehe...shux, ang mahal nga lang ng gas at toll...owel, keri...tsk, ang magkapatid na yun ay nasa abroad na...isa sa states and isa nag-China...how i wish to travel rin...and work abroad! not patriotic i kno, at least i'm no hypocrite...i really want to work abroad...ok ok...nawala sa topic...

CONCLUSIONS:

this AY is the hardest enrollemt phenomenon ever! mahal na ang tuition ng freshie, hirap pa mag-enlist and enroll! kumonti ang mga naglalakad sa UP...tila yata dumami ang naka-car..yay...UP? is dat you? parang mga rich kid narin ang naglipana...

i'm excited for UPCLAS this year hehe...dunno why...actually, maybe i'm just excited for the vid presentation that mitch editted...yo MITCH! hellloooow...upload the vid you made asap! hehe...excited akow!

i'm excited about this sem...ewan...my GEs maybe...kasi ngayon nalang ulet...nung third year kasi walang GE...

i'm also scared...THESIS TOPIC! yelp...

hay, i hope this will turn out to be a good sem for me...hehe...

being optimistic

April 12, 2007 - yey! naka enroll nako. nakahabol kami ng blockmates ko sa pila sa AS haha! 4:30 tapos na kami! haha. nung umagang yon pa naman kasi'y tinotopak ang server ng crs. arf. kaya ang na-cancel na MOA getaway ay napalitan ng eastwood lunch tripping care of the bday celebrants cathe(mar7), talia (mar2), and kuya layu (apr12). went to SOMETHIN' FISHY (http://lique28.multiply.com/reviews/item/3) for lunch tapos nag mcdo for dessert hehe.

thanks cathe, talia, kuya layu! nadagdagan na naman ang timbang ko...hehehehe jowk.

anyway. i'm thinking of happy thoughts for now. i'm aiming for the optimistic type of personality. hay, kaya i'm trying not to be GC.ha! chorva...

masama kasi maging pikon at galit sa mga bagay bagay. smile nalang  hehe.

at nakapag pa smile nga naman ang padala ng tita ko sa states ng "surplus" hehehe. saya. pang ojt ko na. bawas gastos. ang dami kasing blouse may shoes pa.yey. *clap clap clap* slacks nalang ready for work na haha.

summer ready!

owel, officially nagtapos ang Third Year days ko kahapon! and im so glad to have ended it with a blast! haha! ok naman ang two exams ko.At...ok na ok ang sem ender ng org! haha! (will do year end report later...promise) 1st swimming for the summer.at ang saya saya. KJ nga lang ang mga di sumama owel, loss nila yun. sayang nga lang di overnight hehe. saya. nuff said.

next sunday swimming ulit! sa Laguna naman with Flores relatives! yey! madami akong kilalang nasa Baguio ngayon..hai, nagpapalamig ang mag tao. hehe...feel ko ngayon mag beach...wel let's just see..hmm..

i am also anticipating may practicum this summer.excited narin ako mag work sa design firm haha! gusto ko mag Divi for wardrobe, hehe.

kaso mamimiss ko ang dormmates ko wha?! kasi po di nako magdodorm next schoolyear. sa mga tita ko na ako sa tandang sora.because i feel cramped in my dorm room. Thesis na and i definitely need a bigger space for drawing stuff and model making...sana matuloy ang thesis house sa second sem (ehem...ina?cathe?) but i promised my dormmates dadalawin ko sila hehe...mishem...si rum8 din...ate dona...gagraduate ka na...kudos! mishu...tnx sa chowking treat last thurs.yum.
